Roger Fay


Roger Fay is a trial attorney, who litigates disputes involving consumer and commercial products and services. Roger is admitted to practice in both federal and state court, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and handles all phases of litigation, from intake to trial, as well as appeal. He is also recognized in 2020, by Lawyers of Distinction, as one of the top 10% of all attorneys in the United States for real estate and title curative law.

After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutger’s University in 1989, Marc went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991. Marc then worked in the banking industry before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1995.
Prior to joining Sklar Law, LLC, Marc was a partner in the Litigation and Insolvency Departments in the Cherry Hill office of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, LLP for over 15 years. Marc concentrates his practice in the litigation of complex commercial cases involving: real estate, land use, business torts, construction, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and employment matters. In addition, Marc represents individuals and businesses in the commercial lending industry in matters involving complex collection and foreclosure issues, and lender liability actions. Marc also represents debtors, creditors and trustees in litigation in bankruptcy proceedings.
As a result of Marc’s extensive commercial litigation experience, he has also developed a growing practice acting as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region, including: Union Transfer, Boot & Saddle, Komfort & Kare, Viking Casual Furniture, Cottman Check Cashing, Jackson Medical, Tetra RX, and Inspection Professionals.


Practice Areas: Andrew regularly represents clients in state and federal court collection litigation. He also represents Chapter 7 trustees in bankruptcy court as both general and special counsel in commercial and consumer Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. He also represents select clients as debtor’s counsel in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Andrew also regularly handles landlord/tenant matters on behalf of landlords throughout Southern New Jersey.
