Andrew regularly represents clients in state and federal court collection litigation. He also represents Chapter 7 trustees in bankruptcy court as both general and special counsel in commercial and consumer Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Andrew represents select clients as debtor’s counsel in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, and regularly handles landlord/tenant matters on behalf of landlords throughout Southern New Jersey.
