Neil Sarker graduated from Ursinus College in 2003 with a B.A. in Philosophy and Widener University School of Law class of 2006 with a J.D. degree. He earned distinctions for his legal writing skills as well as pro bono service to the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office. He has been practicing in the area of Creditor’s Rights and Collections since 2006 and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Sarker is an accomplished trial attorney having tried numerous cases in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey, as well as matters before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
